Bill Graham Civic Auditorium Opening Act: Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk Come and Join the Party! Mardi Gras promises to be a very special evening, and we urge everyone to dress in festive costume for the occasion, because- we’re having a Costume Contest! During the first set, a crack team of highly skilled costume experts will fan out through the crowd, seeking the most outrageous, the most colorful, the most creative costumes they can find. Up to 12 people will be chosen as semi-finalists, two winners will be selected by audience acclamation. All semi-finalists will receive a poster signed by Phil and the two winners will receive a band signed poster. |
